The service here is top-notch! the staff go above and beyond to help you out. They even give wake up calls and iron your clothes for free, can you believe that? 🌟 Now that's what I call excellent customer service! .

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay for a pleasant vacation. Decent value, room was beautiful, staff were responsible. Location: the hotel was close to Primorsko, and a forrest. Also, it was merely a 15-minute walk from an expansive public park, which was a bonus: D

I greatly enjoyed big and beautiful room in this hotel.
The room was kept very clean and available in front of your window. Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV were good.

The hotel is new and well designed for a beech hotel.
1.The staff is quite indifferent to the guests. 2.There is no any information about hotel services, telephone numbers and so on. 3.Internet in the rooms doesn,t work. And even on the reception it works not every day, though according to Booked.net information internet should work in the rooms.

The hotel offers a range of amenities including an excellent location, raft service to the beach, and a beautiful and wide beach in front of the resort. The all-inclusive package with a 2-bedroom suite is a good choice for a pleasant vacation. The buffet has a good variety of high-quality food options for every taste. The staff, including Mihaela at the lobby bar, Lachezar and the blond waitress at the pool bar, are friendly and provide excellent service. The restaurant manager for dinner is very pleasant and takes great care of guests. Housekeeping service is done daily and rooms are kept very clean. It's also nice to relax on the sun beds by the river, under the trees.
Felt like home here, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a blast at this 4-star hotel! The spa and sports complex made me feel like a professional athlete. The pool with a bar was my designated hangout spot. Free Wi-Fi and safety features were a nice touch.
Oh, and who needs a smoke detector or a fire extinguisher anyway? Such unnecessary additions to a hotel experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is well-renovated and offers enhanced comfort and quality services. Plus, the location is perfect as it is close to the town centre but far enough to avoid any noises. Additionally, the hotel is situated near a lovely beach, providing amazing views and easy access to the water. The surrounding area, with a beautiful forest across the street, adds to the overall appeal of this place.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We had a blast partying with our friends and enjoying the awesome amenities. The hotel has a sick tennis court and we had epic matches, plus we played intense games of table tennis. The hotel even has a playground where we unleashed our inner children. And the laundry facilities were clutch, we didn't have to worry about dirty clothes ruining our swag.
The only thing we wished for was a banging nightclub in the hotel. It would've been off the hook to have a place to party all night without leaving the hotel premises.

Location and breakfast were great. Loved the proximity to the beach and the town center, making it easy to explore. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from and it was very filling. The air conditioning in the room worked well and provided a cool respite from the summer heat.
The room was in terrible condition and the staff weren't very helpful. The bedding was crumpled and smelly, and the room was dirty when we arrived.

We had a good time at the hotel. the location was great, close to the beach and not too far away from town. We appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms, and the towels were changed daily. the breakfast offered a good choice of food.
We found that the staff's English was limited, which made communication difficult at times. it was disappointing that we couldn't use the swimming pool because all the sun loungers were always taken.

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with a stunning balcony view. the bathroom was immaculate and cleaned daily. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had a spa, delightful pool and multiple bars for entertainment.
The cleaning standard of the public areas could have been higher. Some places like the pool and toilets needed more attention to detail.
